Fortes Sauvignon Blanc

From our cool climate vineyard. It is lightly matured in small oak casks to produce a Sancerre-style wine which is fresh and complex in character.
The unusual terroir of the property produces subtle lemon grass and fig flavours.
It is elegantly bottled in cork for long maturation.
